Configure Email - Catchall Email Address

A cc or bcc address acts as a catchall address. You can provide eReserve Support Team with an email address that will receive every email that is sent from the system.

This provides a paper trail of what has happened on the system (rejections, file import, etc.) . This can be handy for Administrators for support purposes and for knowing what is happening on the system.
