Physical Resources

Summary: This document outlines how Physical Resources are presented by eReserve Plus.

Overview

The Physical Resources feature integrates the Library's physical catalogue of resources, which is communicated via the discovery integration.

Physical resources will be identifiable by a new label, titled "Holdings". The resource's link for the resource will direct the user to the library's catalogue where the resource is being held. This will communicate details, such as where the resource is physically located and how many copies are available for use.

Once a physical resource has been requested, the request will go into the request queue to be reviewed by a librarian. This ensures that the request will undergo QA by a librarian who can update their catalogue accordingly and set the resource aside for use for the course.
