Reading List Toolbar

Summary: This document outlines details on the an update for the New List button in Reading List Toolbar.

Overview

By default, the New List option is located within the list dropdown, which is listed before any existing lists for the course.

With this feature enabled, the New List option is included as its own button in the reading list toolbar, making this functionality more visible. The New List option is removed from the lists dropdown, leaving the dropdown solely for displaying selection for already created lists.
