Past List Withdrawal

Overview

When a published list’s end dates pass and becomes expired, they remain published to the offering in the Learning Management System (LMS).

The "Past List Withdrawal" feature provides both Faculty and Librarians with the ability to withdraw past published lists from an offering in the LMS. With this feature enabled, past lists that have a past end date will have a ‘Withdraw’ button available in both the admin console and the LMS view.
